These Terms govern your use of albionanalyser.com and the Albion Analyser desktop app (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1The Service
Albion Analyser provides market analysis tools for the game Albion Online, including a flipping finder, crafting calculator and farming calculator, plus an optional Premium desktop app. Albion Analyser is an independent, fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sandbox Interactive GmbH.
2Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3Premium Subscriptions & Billing
- Premium plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly or semi-annually, depending on the plan you choose) through Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page, which opens the Stripe billing portal.
- Cancelling stops future renewals; you retain Premium access until the end of the current billing period.
- Prices are shown in the app at checkout and may change; we'll do our best to give notice of price changes ahead of your next renewal.
Important: except where required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable, including for partial or unused billing periods.
4Referral Program
Some creators promote Albion Analyser using a referral link carrying their own code (for example albionanalyser.com/?ref=EXAMPLE). Referral codes are issued at our discretion; there is no public enrolment. The rules below apply to partners who have been issued a code.
Attribution
- Attribution is last-touch within 30 days. A more recent referral link replaces an earlier one, and once 30 days have passed the stored code expires and no commission is due on a later subscription.
- Attribution is per-browser. Someone who follows your link on one device and subscribes on another will not be attributed to you, and we cannot reconstruct that after the fact.
- Each customer is credited to a single partner. A partner cannot earn commission on their own subscription.
Commission
- Your commission rate is the percentage agreed with you when your code was issued, and is shown on your partner dashboard.
- Commission is recurring: you earn on each successful payment a referred customer makes, for as long as they remain subscribed.
- We may change your rate for future payments by giving you notice. Commission already recorded is calculated at the rate that applied at the time and is not affected.
Payouts
- Commission is held as pending for 30 days after the payment it relates to. This holding period protects against refunds and chargebacks.
- Once the holding period has passed, commission becomes payable. Payouts are made manually over PayPal once your payable balance reaches US$25; a balance below that carries over until it does.
- You are responsible for supplying accurate payout details, and for any taxes due on commission you receive.
Forfeiture and termination
- If a referred payment is refunded or charged back, the commission for that payment is void, provided it has not already been paid out to you.
- We may deactivate a code, or withhold commission, for self-referral, spam, misleading or incentivised promotion, misrepresenting the Service or its pricing, or any other breach of these Terms.
- Either of us may end the arrangement at any time. Commission that is already payable when that happens remains due to you.
Partner dashboards show totals only — visits, sign-ups, subscriptions and commission owed. They never identify individual customers.
Your dashboard link is a password. Your partner dashboard is reached through a private link with no separate sign-in, so anyone who has the link can see your figures. Do not share or publish it. If it is exposed, tell us and we will issue a replacement, which disables the old link immediately.
5Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate Albion Online's terms of service or any applicable law;
- Attempt to bypass, disable or interfere with rate limiting, authentication, or payment/subscription checks;
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute data from the Service in bulk without permission;
- Reverse engineer the desktop app beyond what is permitted by law, or use it to interfere with the game client or other players.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6Market Data & Accuracy
Free features use public price data from the Albion Online Data Project. Premium desktop app users see prices captured from their own gameplay. All prices and profit estimates are provided for informational purposes only, may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and are not guaranteed. Trading decisions in Albion Online are made at your own risk.
7Intellectual Property
The Albion Analyser website, desktop app, branding and underlying code are owned by us. Albion Online item names, icons and related assets are the property of Sandbox Interactive GmbH and are used for identification purposes only.
8Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including in-game losses, arising from your use of the Service.
9Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
